Job Description

As a Linux L3 Administrator at Silvereye IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve providing expert support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments at the L3 level. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolving critical incidents and escalations in RHEL environments. - Managing Red Hat Satellite for patching, lifecycle management, provisioning, subscription handling, and capsule management. - Leading OS upgrades, kernel patching, and system performance tuning. - Troubleshooting complex issues across OS, networking, storage, and application layers. - Implementing system hardening and security compliance. - Configuring and supporting RHEL clustering & HA. - Automating operational tasks using Bash/Python scripting and Ansible. - Collaborating with L1/L2 teams, providing mentorship, and documenting processes. - Participating in incident, change, and problem management processes. Required Skills: - 8+ years of relevant experience in RHEL/Linux administration. - Deep expertise in Red Hat Satellite. - Strong troubleshooting experience in kernel, filesystem, and networking issues. - Hands-on experience with LVM, NFS, iSCSI, bonding/teaming, firewalld, and SELinux. - Exposure to virtualization platforms and cloud services. - Knowledge of ITIL processes. Good to Have: - Red Hat Certifications (RHCE, Satellite Specialist). - Experience in OpenShift, Ansible, or other Red Hat ecosystem tools. Qualification: - B.Tech/BE Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.,
