Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Linux Administrator with 5-7 years of experience to manage and optimize our Linux infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, be proficient in scripting, and ensure the reliability and security of our Linux servers. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) to ensure high availability and performance. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and security patches. Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet). Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and optimization of applications running on Linux. Implement security measures to safeguard the infrastructure and data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux system administration. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system security practices. Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Perl) for automation and system management. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
