ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To have good knowledge of Laptops, desktops & workstations level hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• To know about Monitoring of ISP links and coordinating with ISP teams.
• To know about administrating and Monitoring CCTV.
• To know administrate and Monitor Servers.
• To know about data backups and data backup tools.
• To know Active Directory domain servers.
• To know the Formatting of Windows server & client operating systems.
• To know about administering and troubleshooting network & USB printers, and scanners.
• To know the configuration of email ID in Outlook.
• To know about monitoring of Antivirus in client systems.
• To have basic knowledge of network & data security.
• To know administrate and Monitor Firewalls & other network devices.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or similar certification is a plus.
