About the Role


We’re hiring a LinkedIn content creator to help craft high-quality posts for our agency’s B2B clients — primarily leadership coaches, executive advisors, and consultants selling into the enterprise.


Your job is to turn raw input (voice notes, transcripts, frameworks) into clear, engaging, and strategic LinkedIn posts that drive credibility and engagement.


Responsibilities


  • Write 3 posts per week for each assigned client.
  • Capture each client’s tone and point of view accurately.
  • Use proven formats (story-driven, framework-led, transformation-based)
  • Craft strong hooks, clear narratives, and end with thoughtful engagement prompts.
  • Edit for clarity, flow, and mobile readability.
  • Repurpose content from video or podcast transcripts.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of professional writing experience.
  • Strong command of content structures.
  • Ability to work from rough input: voice notes, outlines, or raw transcripts
  • Clear, concise writing style with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with feedback, collaboration, and fast turnarounds
  • Comfortable working with AI such as ChatGPT or Claude
