Job Description

Handle voice-based customer queries in regional languages
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently
Maintain clarity and professionalism during conversations
Ensure proper call documentation and follow-ups when required
Support customer needs across different regions

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati
Immediate joiners preferred
