Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
in-process and final inspection
of aerospace machined components on the production line.
Use precision instruments like
micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMMs
to verify dimensional accuracy.
Conduct
First Article Inspection (FAI)
and generate reports per AS9102/AS9100 standards.
Interpret and inspect parts using
engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
.
Identify, document, and report
non-conformances
(NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis.
Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with
quality and safety standards
.
Collaborate with production and QA teams to support
continuous improvement
and resolve inspection-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 4 years of hands-on inspection experience in the
aerospace or precision engineering industry
Familiarity with
AS9100, ISO 9001
, and aerospace quality standards
Proficient in
using inspection tools and interpreting GD&T
Attention to detail, good documentation practices, and teamwork
Experience with
FAI, in-process inspection
, and understanding of tolerancing
