About the Project:

Triyom Dheivegam, a devotional YouTube initiative by Triyom Media, is embarking on a spiritually enriching journey to document the 108 Divya Desam temples — showcasing the heritage, culture, and divine presence of Lord Perumal (Vishnu) across Tamil Nadu and beyond. The vision is to preserve and promote the sacred architecture, rituals, and stories rooted in tradition through high-quality video content.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and culturally rooted Line Producer to be the bridge between our creative team and potential sponsors. The ideal candidate will meet sponsors directly, present our devotional travel-documentary project, and build strong financial support for our temple journeys. You will also handle production logistics, coordinate shoots, and ensure smooth execution of schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and communicate with potential sponsors, donors, and patrons to explain the project's purpose, impact, and visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver project presentations and proposals tailored to interested sponsors.
  • Maintain relationships with spiritual organizations, community leaders, and heritage preservation supporters.
  • Coordinate schedules, crew travel, temple visit permissions, and production timelines.
  • Manage budgets, ensure funds are used efficiently, and track sponsor deliverables (brand mention, credits, etc.).
  • Work with the content team to align production goals with sponsor expectations.
  • Ensure all shoots are executed on time and within budget, with sensitivity to temple customs and cultural practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media production, event coordination, or fundraising roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.
  • A deep respect and understanding of Hindu traditions and temple culture (especially Vaishnavism and Divya Desams).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to temple locations across South India.
  • Ability to handle logistics, budgeting, and on-ground coordination.
  • Background in media, marketing, or public relations is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passionate about Indian heritage, temples, and devotional content.
  • Confidence in building sponsor relationships and presenting brand value.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,995.80 - ₹39,953.36 per month
