Line Producer

As an experienced Line Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production of a 7-day tractor shoot in Punjab on a contractual basis. Your expertise in line production, especially in rural/outdoor shoots, will be crucial as you handle budgeting, scheduling, and on-ground execution. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Director, Producer, and Creative team to ensure a smooth production process. You will be tasked with developing and managing the shoot budget, maintaining detailed shooting schedules and call sheets, and coordinating with local vendors, crew, and support staff. Additionally, you will oversee equipment rentals, location scouting, permissions, day-to-day logistics on set, and compliance with safety protocols. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager, with a proven track record in outdoor/rural location shoots. Strong knowledge of production workflows and budgeting tools, along with excellent organizational and negotiation skills, are essential. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi is preferred, and availability for pre-production meetings and travel to Punjab is required. Having your own network of local crew/vendors will be advantageous. The compensation for this position is competitive and will be based on your experience and the scope of the project.
