LINE MANAGER

As the Operations Manager, your role is crucial in managing the achievement of key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production lines. Your responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching, and engaging the team to excel in set standards for operation and in the routines associated with 4M's+E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment). - Controlling and managing the line to meet the KPIs and providing immediate corrective actions. - Promoting continuous improvement and growth mindset to positively impact Safety Health Environment, Quality, and Productivity. - Ensuring flawless execution of production's SOP, meeting manufacturing conditions and quality control, troubleshooting, and resolving manufacturing deviations. - Planning and allocating plant resources to meet daily operation requirements and stay within budget. - Collaborating with the Engineering team to manage routine shift maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and line improvements. - Developing competencies of the team with Operational Excellence team and HR. - Establishing and developing standards for each process/section KPIV and KPOV for Production Specialists to follow and execute. - Utilizing internal and external resources to define and implement technical solutions to eliminate root causes. - Supporting new product development or new process implementation. - Ensuring processes and equipment are compliant with all internal and external regulations. - Ensuring timely Redzone and SAP TECO completion. - Initiating and completing at least ONE continuous improvement project annually. Qualifications/Experience required for this role: - Degree in engineering or science-related field. - Experience in managing manufacturing equipment and processes. - Minimum FIVE years working experience in manufacturing environments with at least TWO years in managerial roles in a medium or large scale manufacturing company.
