Line Inspector-QC & A

As an Inspection Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure the quality of materials produced on the production line at GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, TIN, and TFS. You will be tasked with identifying defects, conducting physical verifications, providing identification stickers, measuring dimensions of products, performing tests as per standards, and recording inspection results in the MES/SAP system. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect materials produced on the production line for GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, TIN, and TFS. - Identify defects in the materials and ensure proper gradation. - Conduct physical verifications including checking OD, collapse, ID, and damage. - Provide identification stickers for affixing on materials. - Measure product dimensions using micrometers, Vernier calipers, measuring tape, etc. - Conduct tests on materials according to product standards and customer requirements. - Provide finish barcode stickers after packing. - Key in all data into online files. - Capture all test results and inspection outputs in the MES/SAP system. - Complete result recording and UD tasks. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in material inspection and quality control. - Familiarity with using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and measuring tape. - Knowledge of product standards and testing procedures. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inspection data.,
