Key Responsibilities: Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of electric bikes at various stages, with a specific focus on the motor components. Ensure that components meet specified quality standards, safety regulations, and design specifications. Knowledge on Visual , Functional, Electrical & dimensional inspection of parts. Good knowledge in problem solving tools ( 7 QC tools , 8D , why why analysis, CAPA ) Defect Identification: Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities related to the motor during the production process.
