Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Lift Technician with experience in testing and commissioning elevators. The role involves performing safety checks, fine-tuning systems, and ensuring the elevator is fully functional before handover to the client. The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing, adjustments, and calibration of elevator systems (Machine Room, MRL, Hydraulic, and Goods Lifts).
• Check all safety devices, limit switches, sensors, and interlocks for proper functioning.
• Verify door operations, leveling accuracy, ride comfort, and emergency systems.
• Inspect and test control panels, drives, ARD (Automatic Rescue Device), and other electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards and local lift licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with erection and maintenance teams to rectify faults before commissioning.
• Prepare testing reports, safety checklists, and handover documentation.
• Assist in statutory inspections and approvals by government authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in elevator testing and commissioning (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of elevator safety standards and testing procedures.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Familiarity with VVVF drives, control systems, and safety gear.
• Other Requirements:
• Physically fit to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel for outstation testing projects.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based work in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• May require night shifts, extended hours, or weekend work for project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
