Lift Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate passenger and/or goods lifts safely and efficiently.
• Assist visitors, employees, or material handlers in using the lift properly.
• Ensure lifts are not overloaded and follow weight limit regulations.
• Monitor lift performance and immediately report any technical issues or irregularities to the maintenance team.
• Keep lift interiors clean and presentable at all times.
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures in case of lift malfunction or power failure.
• Maintain logbooks of lift operation, maintenance, and downtime.
• Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
• Support maintenance personnel during routine inspection or servicing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of lift operation and safety procedures.
• Prior experience as a Lift Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work (morning/evening/night as per requirement).
• May require standing for long hours.
• Work environment includes residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
