In the role of a Product Development Manager at VGL Group, your responsibilities will include: - Presenting product ideas to global buyers (Shop LC, TJC, Germany) and securing orders. - Collaborating with design, marketing, and sourcing teams to turn ideas into tangible offerings. - Analyzing product performance using key metrics such as sales data, customer reviews, and return rates. - Converting insights into data-driven strategies for product development and innovation. - Leading end-to-end tracking of innovative product development. - Researching market trends and competitor activity to find new product strategies. - Sourcing unique lifestyle products via Catapult program and maintaining vendor relations. - Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to optimize offerings. - Managing content across platforms, including product descriptions, images, story points, and specifications. - Utilizing data analytics and e-commerce metrics to improve merchandising. - Conducting ideastorming sessions to generate concepts for trending product categories. For this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion, Business, or E-commerce. - Experience in e-commerce merchandising or retail product development. - Proficiency in Google Analytics and market analysis. - Strong organizational, visual merchandising, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
