Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lifestyle Ambassador - Front Office. The Lifestyle Ambassador will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests, managing front desk operations, coordinating events and activities, and providing excellent customer service. The Lifestyle Ambassador will also handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure the community's standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in managing front desk operations and assisting residents and guests
• Event coordination and activity planning skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role or in hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field is preferred
