Designation: Project Co-ordinators cum Trainers (Life-Skills + Digital tools)

Positions: 8

Location: Ahmedabad, Nandurbar, Assam, Goa

Salary: INR 22,000-INR 28,000 per month.

BharatCares is looking for a capable and trustworthy project coordinators cum trainers to join our organization. The responsibilities of the trainer will include developing interesting lesson plans and curriculum for STEAM activities, Life Skills activities collaborating with other teachers, completing student assessments, and addressing any performance issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Schools/Students outreach and coordination

· Developing curriculum and lesson plan along with the teachers.

· Students Training and Development and Monitoring.

· Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.

· Developing lifeskills learning activities and hands-on material/Digital tools for classes.

· Communicating regularly with parents and teachers.

· Providing extra support to students who need it.

· Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

· Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.

· Providing regular feedback to students.

· Prepare and timely submit all the reports and formats

· Will be required to travel to conduct sessions in other cities also.

· Good communication skills is mandatory

Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

● Any graduate/post graduate with good communication skills
● A completed apprenticeship or teaching experience.

● Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other software.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

● 1-2 years of experience as a teacher will be an add-on advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
