Job Description

Job Summary: As a Life Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and educating them about life insurance plans. Your goal is to generate leads, convert them into policyholders, and meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch life insurance products. Generate interest and explain plan benefits, features, and suitability based on customer needs. Lead Conversion: Convince and close sales by addressing customer queries, handling objections, and offering appropriate solutions. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new policyholders. Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge about various life insurance plans, including term plans, savings plans, and return-of-premium options. Clearly communicate policy terms, eligibility, premium, and claim process. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion ratios. Focus on upselling and cross-selling when relevant. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term association and renewals. Follow up on interested leads and callbacks. Data Handling & Documentation: Accurately record customer information, call details, and follow-up actions in CRM tools or internal systems. Ensure KYC documentation and compliance are met for all conversions. Compliance & Quality: Follow company and IRDAI regulations during calls and policy discussions. Maintain call quality and ethical standards in all customer interactions. Preferred candidate profile
