Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Tele sales Telesales Executive B2B Life Insurance to generate leads, build client relationships, and sell group and corporate life insurance solutions over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and the ability to articulate insurance benefits clearly to HR decision-makers, business owners, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to promote and sell group life insurance products. Identify decision-makers (e.g., HR heads, CFOs, business owners) and generate qualified leads. Understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions that align with their employee benefits strategy. Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for senior sales executives or directly close sales where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call volume and sales targets. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous contacts. Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and customer support for smooth onboarding and policy issuance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Commerce, or Insurance preferred). 1–3 years of tele sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services. Experience in B2B or corporate client sales is highly desirable. Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
