Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include promoting and selling various insurance products, maintaining client portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, assisting with financial planning, and building long-term client relationships. The Life Insurance Agent will also collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to promote and explain the features of different life and health insurance policies effectively.
Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to guide customers in making informed decisions regarding their financial and insurance needs.
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client engagement, handling inquiries efficiently, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree would be an added advantage.
Certifications in insurance or financial planning will be considered a plus.
