Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Thrissur, with opportunities for a flexible work-from-home arrangement. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of insurance products, maintaining and managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include assessing client insurance needs, offering advice on suitable policies, and facilitating the application process. Candidates will also collaborate with teams, maintain industry knowledge, and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, including product knowledge, client prospecting, and delivering effective sales presentations Understanding of Insurance concepts and Insurance Brokerage practices, including compliance with applicable regulations Knowledge of Finance and financial planning to help clients make informed decisions Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to address queries and build lasting relationships Proactive attitude with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector preferred but not mandatory Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid model of work Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Thrissur region is a plus

Pay: ₹11,686.95 - ₹35,426.39 per month
