Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Life Skills Trainer to deliver engaging sessions on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, self-awareness, leadership, career guidance, and related life skills. The trainer will work closely with students/youth to enhance their employability, confidence, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions on life skills for students (Class 9–12) and/or youth.
• Use activities, role plays, skits, debates, and storytelling to make learning engaging.
• Assess learners’ needs and adapt training methods accordingly.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and progress reports.
• Mentor and motivate students to apply life skills in real-life situations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in training or teaching life skills / soft skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to connect with adolescents and youth effectively.
• Creative approach to training (activity-based learning).
