Job Opportunity: IT Support Executive (Male Candidates Only)

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Executive who can provide hands-on support. This is not a desk job—it’s a field role ideal for someone who enjoys solving tech challenges on the move and ensuring systems work flawlessly to support quality education.

You will be part of a growing education initiative aimed at empowering students through skill-based training aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware (computers, projectors, routers, etc.) and software systems in classrooms.

· Ensure functional IT infrastructure for smart classrooms across multiple school sites.

· Provide real-time tech support during training sessions to resolve issues efficiently.

· Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure system readiness before classes.

· Maintain IT inventory and prepare basic usage reports and feedback from school sites.

· Regular travel to assigned schools across South/West/North Delhi based on deployment plan.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education (any one of the following): Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree/ 3 years Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT hardware/software support.
• Good knowledge of MS Office would be an added advantage

Must-Have Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, troubleshooting, and AV equipment.

· Ability to handle multiple school sites and manage time efficiently.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel daily and work in school environments.

Salary: At par with industry norms

Full-time, On-site Role: At par with industry standards. Conveyance allowance provided for school travel.
