About The Role

LiDAR & Scan-to-BIM Solutions Team

LiDAR datasets (ALS/MLS/TLS)

Scan-to-BIM models

3D modelling, documentation, and quality-led project delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Process LiDAR datasets: registration, classification, alignment, noise removal, and QA/QC.
• Create BIM models (LOD 200–500) for roads, bridges, railways, buildings, and utilities.
• Extract plans, profiles, sections, and detailed as-built information from point clouds.
• Prepare project deliverables: reports, drawings, clearance studies, and infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with GIS, CAD, survey, and engineering teams to maintain workflow accuracy.
• (Senior Role) Lead end-to-end project delivery, client communication, workflow setting, and team mentoring.
  

Required Qualifications

For Senior Manager

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Surveying, or Architecture
  

For Technical Executive

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in GIS, Remote Sensing, or related domains
  

Preferred Skills

• Mandatory: Hands-on LiDAR processing experience
• Experience with: Revit, Recap, CloudCompare, Civil 3D, Navisworks, TerraScan, Leica Cyclone
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, as-built workflows, and point-cloud management
• Detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in fast-paced projects
• (Senior Role) Expertise in team management, workflow standardization, and quality assurance
