Licensed Engineer

Role Overview: As a Licensed Engineer at HAECO Hong Kong, you will be responsible for planning and executing aircraft maintenance checks. You will coordinate maintenance activities with team members and other departments, manage repair documentation, and oversee the quality of completed work. Your role will include identifying and rectifying problems and defects, analyzing technical procedures, and establishing good business relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and supervise aircraft maintenance checks - Identify and rectify problems and defects - Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals, and publications - Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work - Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers - Manage staff performance, attendance control, and provide skills training - Ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOPs - Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings - Minimum of 8 years of experience in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance - Capable and confident to handle maintenance tasks with minimum supervision - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers - Willingness to perform shift duties as assigned - Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Build your career with HAECO and be part of something bigger.
