*Key Responsibilities*  Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels. Understanding clients’ financial goals, needs, and risk appetite. Recommending appropriate LIC insurance policies, investment plans, and pension schemes. Assisting clients with the application, documentation, and policy issuance process. Providing after-sales service, policy updates, and claims assistance. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Achieving assigned sales targets and business goals set by LIC. Participating in training programs, meetings, and development workshops conducted by LIC.  *Skills & Competencies*  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Basic knowledge of financial products and markets. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
