Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru for an LIC Insurance Advisor and Bhima Sakhi. Responsibilities include advising individuals on suitable insurance products, building and maintaining relationships with clients, consulting clients on financial security strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Reporting to the Bengaluru office is required for specific tasks, but flexibility to work from home is available for selected duties. The role involves understanding the insurance landscape, promoting LIC products, and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts, with an ability to recommend suitable products
• Experience in Consulting, with a focus on client financial planning and insurance strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills, emphasizing client satisfaction and trust-building
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven ability to meet goals and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the local market in Bengaluru is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous
