Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LIC Bima Sakhi located in Prayagraj. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC insurance products, assisting clients in selecting the right policies, maintaining and servicing insurance accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The role may also involve conducting market research, attending training sessions, and participating in community events to enhance product awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and marketing skills, with a capability to achieve sales targets
• Customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Basic understanding of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in local language and regional networking is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
