Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Bima Sakhi, based in Kanpur. A LIC Bima Sakhi will be responsible for educating potential customers about various life insurance policies, assisting customers in choosing the right policy, processing policy applications, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves some work from home flexibility, with duties requiring in-person client interactions as well.

• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Sales and marketing skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
