Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Bima Sakhi, located in Kanpur with some work-from-home opportunities. The LIC Bima Sakhi will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies, providing customer service, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include organizing and attending client meetings, processing policy applications, and staying updated on insurance products and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Experience
Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
