About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

We are a leading real estate development company seeking a dynamic and well-connected Liaisoning Officer to manage and coordinate approvals, permissions, and compliance with various government and regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate regulations in Delhi/NCR and experience handling documentation and follow-ups with departments such as DDA, MCD, RERA, Town Planning, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government departments (DDA, MCD, RERA, Fire, Environment, etc.) for obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications, documents, and compliance requirements
• Maintain good working relationships with officials and consultants involved in the approval process
• Keep track of updates in government policies and regulations affecting real estate development
• Prepare and maintain reports on the status of various permissions and submissions
• Assist the legal and project teams in ensuring all approvals are aligned with project timelines
• Coordinate for land acquisition and related paperwork, if required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Law/Urban Planning background is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with Delhi/NCR real estate regulatory landscape.
