Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage government liaisoning activities for real estate projects, ensuring timely approvals from relevant authorities such as DTCP, RERA, PWD, and Electricity Board. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to land acquisition, zoning regulations, and environmental clearance. Develop strong relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth project execution and minimize delays. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the development process. Provide guidance on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Authority) guidelines and regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 10-18 years of experience in governance or government liaisoning in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of DTCP , RERA , Govt Liasoning, Government Liaison, PWD (Public Works Department). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders including government officials.
