As a Salesforce Developer-L2 based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in hands-on coding within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Aura on Salesforce Sales/Service cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Customization and configuration in Salesforce.com Apex and Lightning LWC/Aura technologies - Implementing integrations and ensuring best practices in development - Troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations - Participating in code reviews and staying updated with the latest Salesforce trends - Effectively communicating with stakeholders across multiple countries To be eligible for this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer - Strong expertise in Salesforce out-of-the-box features, Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations - Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and previous experience as an individual contributor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II would be advantageous The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate competencies in CRM Analytics, CRM Data Management, CRM Strategy Development, CRM Tool Customization, Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Segmentation, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Job Knowledge, and Planning Skills.
