Key Responsibilities: - Manage the IT support team both functionally and disciplinarily - Plan and control the team's human resources and skills - Participate in internal IT committees and commissions - Organize and operationally manage the Help Desk while complying with central IT processes - Ensure compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) - Develop and implement strategic concepts for IT support - Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and implement measures - Responsible for Major Incident Management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related qualification - Minimum of three years of experience in IT service management - Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a 1st and 2nd-level support team - Solid knowledge of business processes - Ability to consistently implement central directives - ITIL certification or equivalent qualification - Proficiency in German at least at C1 level (certified) and good English skills in both written and verbal communication Additional Company Details (if applicable): The Amadeus Fire AG is a specialized personnel service provider in the commercial and IT sectors.
