Our client in Cologne is offering an exciting position as Head of IT Support (m/f/d) with professional experience through direct permanent placement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the IT support team both technically and disciplinarily - Plan and manage the team's personnel resources and skills - Participate in internal IT committees and boards - Organize and operationally manage the help desk while complying with central IT processes - Ensure compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) - Develop and implement strategic concepts for IT support - Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and implement measures - Responsible for Major Incident Management Qualification Required: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification - Minimum of three years of experience in IT service management - Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a 1st- and 2nd-Level support team - Sound knowledge of business processes - Ability to consistently implement central guidelines - ITIL certification or equivalent qualification - Proficiency in German at least at level C1 (certified) and good English skills in written and spoken form Additional Company Details: The Amadeus Fire AG is your specialized personnel service provider in the commercial and IT sectors.
