Legal Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting litigation, ensuring compliance, and providing general legal support to various departments. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and legal integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher (LL.M).
• College of Preference: School of Excellence (SOEL), Chennai and Sastra University, Tanjore.
• [1–3+] years of relevant legal experience (can be tailored for entry or mid-level roles).
• Licensed to practice law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, civil Law, IPR, arbitration and other regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
