🎓 Eligibility

• ✅ LLB/LLM – 2023/2024 Batch (with 1–2 years of experience preferred)

• ✅ Fresh law graduates are welcome if confident in client handling & conversion skills

• ❗ Law degree is mandatory — role involves direct client interaction and application of legal knowledge

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Engage with potential clients to understand their legal/financial concerns and recommend appropriate solutions

• 📄 Clearly explain legal processes (settlement, mediation, arbitration, debt relief) in easy-to-understand language

• 🤝 Build rapport and trust to ensure high client onboarding and conversion rates

• 📊 Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and service progress

• ⚖ Assist clients in resolving disputes via mediation & arbitration (no litigation)

• 💬 Support negotiations/discussions with clients and other stakeholders
