Legal Research Internship

As a Legal Intern at HustleHub, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team with contract management and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising various contracts and agreements, such as lease agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements. - Support negotiations with external parties while receiving guidance from the legal team. - Maintain and update the contract management system to monitor renewal dates, obligations, and performance milestones. - Collaborate with internal departments to collect necessary information for contract drafting and finalization. - Conduct legal research on contract laws, regulatory compliance, and other relevant topics. - Aid in creating templates and standard documentation to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure that all contracts adhere to applicable laws and company policies. - Participate in due diligence and risk assessment processes related to contractual obligations.
