Legal PR Officer

You are looking for a dynamic Legal PR Officer / Legal Communications Specialist to enhance the public image of the legal team or law firm. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, drafting press releases and media statements, maintaining media relationships, monitoring legal media coverage, advising on public communications and crisis management, and supporting in preparing legal PR content for various platforms. You will collaborate with internal departments to align messaging on legal issues and track PR metrics and media exposure. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Law, Journalism, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of PR experience, preferably in a legal, corporate, or agency setting. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory terminology, excellent communication skills, proven media relations experience, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential qualities. Preferred skills include prior experience with law firms or legal departments, familiarity with legal ethics and compliance communications, and knowledge of legal industry trends and media platforms.
