What You’ll Do

Legal Intern

• Drafting recommendation letters, petition letters, personal statements

• Conducting legal and factual research to support case positions

• Reviewing and organizing evidentiary documents (publications, awards, patents, etc.)

• Assisting with documentation formatting, citations, and compliance

• Contributing to knowledge-building resources around O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories

You will be mentored directly by experienced immigration professionals and will get hands-on exposure to real-world case building.

Ideal Candidate

• Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year program or final year in a 3-year LLB or recent graduate)

• Based in Delhi or nearby NCR (remote candidates will be considered if highly motivated)

• Strong research, writing, and documentation skills

• Interest in

• Attention to detail, deadlines, and structured writing

• Bonus: Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW is a plus (training will be provided)

• Can quickly learn how to use AI
