: 3+ Years : LLB / LLM & Draft, review, and vet loan agreements, sanction letters, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents related to SMELAP Conduct title verification and due diligence of property documents to ensure legal validity and risk mitigation Provide legal advisory support to the credit and operations teams for loan structuring and disbursement Liaise with external advocates, valuers, and legal firms for opinions and property reports Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI, company law, contract law, etc.) Manage non-litigation legal matters including documentation, contracts, and regulatory filings Support business teams by providing clear legal risk assessments and solutions
