Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manager - Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all legal affairs related to
pharmacy, pharmaceutical regulations
, and corporate law.
Ensure
regulatory and statutory compliance
with health and pharmacy laws and applicable business legislations.
Provide legal advice on
corporate, commercial, regulatory
, and
litigation matters
.
Draft, review, and negotiate
contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs
, and other legal documents.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure all business practices are legally compliant.
Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract databases.
Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments relevant to the
health-tech/pharmacy sector
.
Support external counsel coordination and litigation management as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters in Law (LLM) preferred.
Minimum
45 years of post-qualification experience
, preferably in
healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance sectors
.
Excellent skills in
legal drafting, communication, research
, and
negotiation
.
