Provide operational and strategic support on employee transfers on business sales. (b) Provide support to litigation and pre-litigation matters. (c) Advise on employee benefit and social security legislations. (d) Assist on diversity initiatives, employee policies and processes. (e) Provide legal and strategic support on disciplinary enquires. (f) Draft wide range of employment related documents including employment agreements, secondment letters, deputation letters. (g) Advise on employee mobility and negotiate secondment agreements. (h) Review background check escalations, non-solicit/non-compete agreements. (i) Provide training on key employment law issues to internal stakeholders.
