Key Responsibilities: a Provide operational and strategic support on employee transfers on business sales b Provide support to litigation and pre litigation matters c Advise on employee benefit and social security legislations d Assist on diversity initiatives employee policies and processes e Provide legal and strategic support on disciplinary enquires f Draft wide range of employment related documents including employment agreements secondment letters deputation letters g Advise on employee mobility and negotiate secondment agreements h Review background check escalations non solicit non compete agreements i Provide training on key employment law issues to internal stakeholders j Review employment law developments in APAC jurisdiction and collaborate with the Practice Head to ensure that appropriate risk management strategies are in place Preferred Skills: Foundational->Program Management->Legal and Contractual compliance
