We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Chennai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on exposure to corporate and legal practices, including drafting, compliance, and research work, while working closely with our in-house legal team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.
2. Draft, review, and summarize agreements, contracts, and legal documents.3. Assist in compliance documentation and maintaining legal records.4. Support the team in litigation-related documentation and filings.5. Stay updated on applicable laws, rules, and amendments relevant to the business.6. Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.

Requirements

1. Pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB (3rd year onwards preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.3. Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work onsite at our Chennai office.
