Key Responsibilities:

1.Courtroom and Dispute Resolution Training

• Shadow experienced legal professionals in

  court hearings and proceedings

• Observe and learn from managing legal disputes and

• Learn to

  articulate and advocate legal positions persuasively before the judiciary

• Observe and absorb updates on

  evolving legal frameworks

  and adapt strategies under supervision.

2.Diligent Drafting and Research Development:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing

  legal documents, pleadings, and applications

  to support ongoing litigation.
• Assist in crafting

  legal documents for cases, including responses and appeals

  , under guidance.
• Learn to undertake

  legal research to support ongoing cases

  and contribute valuable insights to the legal team.
• Ensure the

  accuracy and compliance of all legal documentation

  under guidance, upholding the highest standards of legal integrity.

3.General Legal Support and Development:

• Conduct supervised legal research on

  statutes, case law, and regulations

  .
• Stay informed about

  pertinent legal developments and industry best practices

  through training and mentorship.
• Provide assistance in various legal matters as directed by supervising attorneys and organizational needs.
