5.Salary:- .4.00 LPA - 6.00 LPA
6.- Qualification :- LLB / MSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws and industrial regulations relevant to manufacturing units.
• Manage compliances related to:
• Factory Act
• Shops & Establishment Act
• Minimum Wages Act
• Payment of Wages Act
• EPF & ESIC
• Bonus Act
• Gratuity Act
• Contract Labour (R&A) Act
• Industrial Disputes Act
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and government authorities for inspections, audits, and returns.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Handle factory licenses, labour licenses, renewals, and amendments.
• Support HR in employee documentation, policy drafting, and legal compliance aspects.
• Assist in handling labour notices, legal queries, show-cause notices, and coordination with legal advisors.
• Ensure compliance with POSH, disciplinary procedures, and internal HR policies.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps with corrective actions.
• Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory amendment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
