Job Description :
- Assist in research on various propositions of law.
- To coordinate with external lawyers for updates and other actions.
- To assist the team leaders in contract reviewing and drafting.
- Traveling to attend basic litigation matters.
- Assist in implementing various projects like contract management and litigation management.
- To assist in IP management, including filing/prosecuting trademarks, copyrights, etc.
- Good communication skills
Most importantly, the candidate should be ready to travel on a regular basis across locations within India
