Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lawyer / Advocate to handle all legal matters related to land and property transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting sale deeds, verifying legal documents, handling registrations, offering legal opinions, and addressing customer legal queries related to land and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review sale deeds, agreements, power of attorney documents, and other legal contracts.
• Provide legal opinions on land titles, property ownership, and approvals.
• Conduct thorough inspection and verification of property-related documents.
• Handle and coordinate land/ property registration at the Sub-Registrar office.
• Assist the sales and CRM teams with customer legal queries and due diligence.
• Stay updated with current real estate laws, RERA regulations, and land/ property compliance.
• Coordinate with government offices, legal consultants, and registration agents as required.
• Maintain proper documentation of legal records, case files, and agreements.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate law.

Strong knowledge of land and property laws, registration procedures, and land acquisition norms in Tamil Nadu.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience with DTCP / CMDA-related legal documentation.

Familiarity with due diligence for plotted developments and layouts.

Client-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
