Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in ROC filings, statutory registers, drafting minutes, notices, and resolutions.
Support in Board Meetings, AGM, and other secretarial activities.
Draft and review basic commercial agreements (NDA, vendor agreements, service agreements).
Maintain compliance documentation and trackers.
Support in labour law, HR compliance, and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for compliance data.
Assist in legal research and communication with external counsels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in MCA filings, statutory registers, minutes, and resolutions
Draft and maintain legal documents, agreements & internal policies
Support in SEBI basics and Labour Law documentation
Liaison with internal teams, auditors, consultants & authorities
Maintain confidential data with high accuracy
Assist in Board/Committee/General Meeting preparations

Skills & Competencies:

Strong drafting & documentation skills
Good knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI basics & Labour Laws
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office & legal documentation
Ability to handle confidential matters
