Legal Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Legal Clerk with 3-4 years of expertise in case filing, documentation, case order management, online case updates, and client handling. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be knowledgeable about legal procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing legal case files, preparing and managing legal documents, agreements, and petitions, ensuring accurate record-keeping of case orders and related legal documents, tracking and managing court case orders, updating and maintaining online case details on court and legal portals, coordinating with legal teams for timely submission of documents, assisting in scheduling client meetings and managing case-related inquiries, handling client queries regarding case progress and documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and legal teams. Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: Graduate OR Bachelor's degree in Law - Experience: 3-4 years in a legal clerk role or similar position - Skills Required: Strong knowledge of legal documentation and court procedures, proficiency in online legal case management systems, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
